A list of features that are not yet fully implemented, and therefore are not currently within the release version, despite being in the assets or code. These are to be upcoming features.[1]
Slimes
Meteor Slime
Not much is known about the Meteor Slime, or even an appearance for them, but are presumed to be upcoming content.
Mosaic Slime
Not much is known about the Mosaic Slime, or even an appearance for them, but are presumed to be upcoming content.
Hunter Slime
Currently in the game, but half-implemented. They are set to appear in 0.4.0 update.
Rad Slime
Update: 0.3.0 is here!
Zones
Glass Desert
There is little information known about the Glass Desert and whether it is actually in the map in the current release, and assuming if so, if it is accessible via the Jetpack.
Indigo Quarry
Update: 0.3.0 is here!
Ranch Expansion
Expansions to the ranch. Not much more information is known.
Zone Expansion
Pre-existing zones will be expanded, making them more fleshed out and adding more inter-zone connections.
Resources
Oca Oca
Currently in the game, but is unimplemented. Is the Rad Slime's favorite food.
Prickle Pear
Currently in the game, but is unimplemented. Is the Mosaic Slime's favorite food.
Silver Parsnip
Currently in the game, but is unimplemented. Is the Meteor Slime's favorite food.
Other
Letters From Home
Letters From Home is going to be upcoming lore expansion for Beatrix, and until then, her backstory is unknown.
New Features
New features to make gameplay more challenging.
Steam Cloud Saves
Players will be able to have their game savefiles stored in the Steam Cloud, and therefore access and play them from any internet connected computer.
