The rad slime secret style is Radiant, a even brighter green rad slime and that appears to have lines in it.
Rad Slimes are light green slimes that emit an aura of the same color area around them. This aura causes the player to become irradiated, and an irradiation counter is brought on-screen with a number ranging from 1-100, which increases the longer the player stays in the radiation aura, and the number of auras the player is standing in. But if you splash the slime with water, the aura will go away for a few seconds.
