The Pogofruit is a fruit.
Ranching tips
There is a huge Pogofruit tree in one part of the Dry Reef. If you can reach it before the slimes do, you'll be able to get a whole lot of them. If not, you can scavenge for it in other parts of the reef as it's one of the more common resources.
